Force precedes motion and as such the forces we apply into the ground have significant influence on the movement of our swing. However if you can't measure and track progress, practice will be less effective. The new 3D Dual Force Plates from Smart2Move facilitates measuring these invisible forces with precision and complete accuracy. They are also portable which allows sessions to be in the studio, or the range or even on the short game area or course as all game areas can benefit. In combination with video review and Trackman ball and club data we can reveal where the biggest opportunities for improvement lie. What is particularly helpful is the Smart2Move software can present the data an intuitive style and also give us live feedback when learning a new drill with visual feedback on an ipad. Afterall the goal is not to become physics boffin, simply to convert insight into a series of drills or a feel that you can take to the range or course. I coach from two locations in the Woking area. Both at Worplesdon Golf Club which boasts an indoor studio, grass range and putting greens and a beautiful heathland course. Secondly at my own private studio in the GU24 area nearby.
