In the culture of golf, there are no shortage of solutions.  Between social media and your helpful playing partner, everyone has a tip.

 

However to find the right path for you, and become as self-sufficient as you’ll need to be to enjoy sustained improvement, you need to be an effective problem solver. That starts, not by jumping in with solutions, but by framing the problem you’re trying to solve very clearly.

 

If we are agreed that becoming meaningfully better at golf is a meaty problem that deserves our full attention, let’s take a moment to look at golf afresh.  This section looks at a handful of realities about the challenges posed by golf. 

 

With these perspectives, it naturally leads to a group of qualities or behaviours that, although might not get the attention they deserve, are invaluable in your attempts to improve.
